Where do I pick up my order? Orders can be picked up on the Turk side entrance at 690 Van Ness Ave. We ask that you park and walk up to the pick-up table.
When do I pick up my order? Check your Toast confirmation receipt using the email you supplied when placing the order. Your pick up window will be on that confirmation receipt. If you do not remember or can’t find your confirmation receipt, email support@sfcooking.com.
How long do I have to pick up my order? The window for pick up is 1-hour. If your pickup time is at 1:30 pm, please arrive by 2:30 pm for pick up. Some items in the order are made to order so make sure you’re on time to enjoy. Perishable items not picked up by the end of the business day will be tossed.
Is it safe to pick up my order? We’ve taken every precaution to ensure your order safety and we would love your help too. Please arrive wearing a mask!
