Guy Eshel

Guy Eshel is an Israeli-born graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. While at culinary school, Guy worked as the lead cook for the wildly popular Aba’s Falafel at the Rhinebeck and Woodstock farmers market’s in New York. After graduation, Guy worked in several top San Francisco kitchens including One Market Restaurant and AQ Restaurant & Bar. His passion for the vibrant street cuisine of the Middle East has led him to develop Sababa, a pita bar restaurant in San Francisco’s Financial District.
