Cortney Burns

Cortney is co-owner of Motze, a modern dining concept in San Francisco’s Mission District. Previously, Cortney was the production manager of all house-made products at Bar Tartine. She got her start by honing her butchery and charcuterie skills at CafĂ© Rouge, was part of the original Quince management team, and cooked at Boulettes Larder. Cortney has cooked in multiple wineries in the Napa and Sonoma Valley and taught public classes at the CIA at Greystone.
