Love Chinese dumplings but hate the crazy weekend lines for dim sum? Problem solved! Join us to learn how to make some of your favorite dim sum treats at home in this very hands-on workshop.
You’ll work with a variety of simple doughs and fillings that span a range of textures, flavors and methods. Welcoming to beginners, this class will also offer opportunities for more experienced dumpling cooks to master special techniques.
Menu: Siu Mai Pork Dumplings, Har Gao Shrimp Dumplings, Chive Dumplings, and Pot-Stickers
Each class concludes with a meal around the table, enjoying what you and your fellow classmates have cooked using your newly acquired skills.... And, yes, wine is served!
This is an immersive, hands-on cooking class. You will be on your feet cooking most of the time so please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes.
