Bake From Scratch, presents the The Basics of Bread-Baking Retreat. This three-day event starts with an exclusive bakery tour of San Francisco with Bake From Scratch editor-in-chief Brian Hart Hoffman. The following days will be spent onsite at San Francisco Cooking School with James Beard Award-winning pastry chef and Director of Pastry Arts at San Francisco Cooking School, Nicole Plue.
You will learn the ins and outs of basic bread-making. Just like the quintessential wardrobe staple, a list of go-to bread recipes should be in every home baker’s repertoire.
